Created with the help of veterinarians and veterinary technicians, EquiSketch Pets is one of the most thorough and comprehensive pet management apps available on iOS. With EquiSketch Pets, there is no limit to the number or species of pets you can manage. Whether you have one dog, two birds, four cats or a petting zoo, all the most important information is available at your finger tips.
While entering information about birthdays, medications, dental cleanings, heartworm tests and more, reminders are automatically generated for important dates and presented in an easy to review list. With the ability to add a picture to nearly every record, the most accurate details can be captured and then shared with veterinarians, family members, trainers or others via email. In addition, track past, present and future shows including results of each event at every show.

This app is great for managing all the medical info for my two dogs. Wonderful to have when visiting the vet or scheduling appointments. I love the option of adding photos. Other nice features are medicine reminders, medical history, teeth cleaning history, and you can record all medicines both preventive and symptomatic. Very helpful in case you have to visit emergency vet and need medical history. Easy to use. I would definitely recommend this app to all pet owners!!
I have bought other similar apps and find this one to be the most comprehensive.
The app is slow and quirky on iOS5. For example: does not return to pet record after viewing "weight history", does not allow return to a specific pet record for adding photo or other info--must exit app and then re-enter pet data, deleting original. All in all a total WASTE of the purchase price
I was really looking forward to using this app to help me organize my pets records, but it crashes every time I use it.
Not as full-featured as the equine version but so far the best pet record app Ive found. Developer is quick to respond to both questions & bug reports.
